This document defines the terms and conditions for returning and exchanging products purchased at the online store axaliaveji.ge.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Product return period<\/h2>\n<p>The consumer has the right to request a return or exchange of the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that the conditions specified in paragraph 2 of this document are met. The period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by him actually receives the item.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Mandatory conditions for return<\/h2>\n<p>Returns or exchanges are only possible if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The item must be in its original condition \u2014 undamaged, with no signs of assembly, installation, or use.<\/li>\n<li>The product must retain its original packaging, labels, and complete set.<\/li>\n<li>When returning, the customer must present proof of purchase (electronic receipt, invoice or order number).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of violation of any of the above conditions, the company reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Shipping costs for returns\/exchanges<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Company responsibility:<\/strong> If the product has a factory defect, is damaged during transportation, or does not match the ordered model, the return and replacement transportation costs will be fully covered by \u201cJDigi\u201d LLC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User responsibility:<\/strong> If the return or exchange is made at the customer&#039;s personal discretion (for example, to change the size, color, or model) and not due to a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during shipping, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Refund procedure and deadlines<\/h2>\n<p>After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the company confirms the validity of the return. In case of confirmation, the paid amount will be returned to the customer to the same bank account\/card from which the payment was made, within 1-3 business days. In case of exchange, a new product will be sent after the returned item has been inspected; in case of a price difference, the parties will agree on an additional payment or a partial refund.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Exceptional cases (non-refundable)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Furniture\/products made to individual order or specially modified at the customer&#039;s request.<\/li>\n<li>Items that have already been assembled or installed by the consumer and have therefore lost their original merchandise appearance.<\/li>\n<li>Products damaged by the user as a result of improper use, storage or transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Hygiene or personal use items whose packaging has already been opened, in accordance with the restrictions established by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6.
