These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and LLC GDG (hereinafter the "Company") and govern your use of the Axaliaveji.ge website. The website and/or the related services, including any kind of communication carried out by the Company addressed to clients in connection with the offered services, are hereinafter jointly referred to as the Axaliaveji.ge platform;

The personal information that the Company obtains from you or from third parties is processed in accordance with the privacy policy defined in these terms (Article #11);

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of use of Axaliaveji.ge, you also agree to the Axaliaveji.ge privacy policy (Article #11);

Whereas the user wishes to open a personal account on the platform operated by Axaliaveji.ge so that the user may purchase through the platform and the Company may sell its own products, the Company and the user agree to enter into a contract on the basis of which the following will take place:

the opening and use of an account by the user, the sale by Axaliaveji.ge of products placed on its platform and their delivery to the user, the payment of the price by the user, the calculation of the commission on sales made through the platform and the rules of remuneration, as well as the closing of the account;

1.1.8. Parties – means the Company and its user;

1.1.9. Axaliaveji.ge platform – the platform operated by Axaliaveji.ge, which, without any limitation, includes the Axaliaveji.ge website;

1.1.10. Operation – any operation carried out by the user in connection with a personal account and/or the services;

1.1.11. Universal identifiers – the set of data provided by Axaliaveji.ge to the user, by means of which the user is registered in the identification system and is given the opportunity to use a number of Axaliaveji.ge remote services and/or remote service channels;

1.1.12. Access code(s) – codes, passwords, username, identification code, universal identifiers and/or other types of confidential information that Axaliaveji.ge may provide to the user for accessing various services;

1.1.13. Contract – the contract concluded between the user and Axaliaveji.ge, which includes these terms and conditions and their annexes, if any;

1.2. Where the context so permits, words denoting the singular shall mean the plural and vice versa;

Representations and warranties

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user confirms that:

2.1 they are a legal entity established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, or a natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has legal capacity;

2.2. The user confirms that they have full (unlimited) legal capacity and fully understand the obligations undertaken by this document.
